On November 28th 2011, at Vinalines Head office, Mr. Nguyen Canh Viet, President & CEO and Vinalines leaders, received Belgium embassy delegation for investment promotion to Dinh Vu Port.


Mr. Trinh Ngoc Giao, Director General of Vietnam Register; Mr. Vuong Dinh Lam, Director General of Vietnam Maritime Administration; Mr. Duong Chi Dung, Chairman of the Board of Vinalines; Mr. Pham Thanh Binh, Chairman of the Board of Vinashin and Mr. Dang Van Uy, Dean of Vietnam Maritime University signs an action plan for 5V members in 2008 and orientations to 2010.


On 21st December 2007, Can Tho People’s Committee organises the handing over ceremony of Cai Cui Port to Vinalines for management, investment and operation in accordance with the Decision of the Prime Minister. After taking over the Cai Cui Port, Vinalines pledged to restructure the operation, further equip and gradually implement the development investment.

To strengthen the tight coordination in economic security, internal political security and office and fleet safety for Vinalines, on 17th November 2007, the General Department of Security and Vietnam National Shipping Lines signed the regulations on security protection in new situation.
